The time commitment will vary based on your individual choices and meals, but expect to spend a few hours each week on meal prep, lifestyle practices, and participating in bi-monthly coaching calls or weekly check-ins. This time investment is designed to be manageable and impactful, leading to long-lasting health benefits.

Is this a weight loss program? Will I lose weight if I follow it?Our approach views weight as a symptom of underlying imbalances. When hormonal, digestive, or other imbalances are addressed, unnecessary weight often disappears. Thus, if weight loss is one of your goals, this program will support it. For those not wanting to lose weight, we can adjust the plan to ensure your goals are respected. Our philosophy is to focus on body alignment and balance, fostering a healthy self-image and a positive relationship with oneself, without making weight the primary focus.

Do I need to do blood work to be part of this program?While the intake form provides valuable insights, blood work is highly recommended to allow us to personalize your plan fully. We can proceed without it, but cannot guarantee the same results as if we had it. You’re welcome to submit your blood work when ready, and the sooner you do, the sooner we can tailor your program.
